As a longtime Excel nerd, I always loved finding better ways to work with data. Airtable has taken that to the next level. But as a business owner, I understand that it's always in service of the main goal - to make work easier.
A farmer by trade, I started my career running one of the largest hop farms in the Northeast, supplying craft brewers all over the East Coast with over nine responsibly cultivated and processed hop varieties.
As my business grew, I knew I needed to find efficient ways to oversee day-to-day operations and processes. Enter: AirTable. This new program proved nimble and effective for all types of things—tracking hours, hiring staff, reviewing expenses, managing payroll, even monitoring crop growth.
When I found myself starting to create different templates and views for the most common workflows, I knew there was a way to help others address the practical problems we all face as business owners.
I started creating content for TikTok in 2021 with the simple goal of offering personal insight and user-friendly solutions to small businesses who also relied on Airtable for their daily operations. My following quickly grew to over 22k people, all looking for ways to optimize and streamline their use of the platform.
Around the same time, I started 3 Rings Consulting, which has served small and medium-sized businesses, large corporations and everything in between. You can now find most of my content on YouTube, where I post full tutorials on everything Airtable.
